PEARL:
Sandgem Town - Check the swarm
Jubilife City - Check your lottery ticket
Floaroma Town - Free berry at the accessory shop
Valley Windworks (Friday Only) - Catch Driflon
Route 208 (west of Hearthome) - Free Berry at the Berry Master's house
Solaceon Town - Show the reporter his chosen pokemon for three pokeballs
Veilstone City - Massage in the house on the south west for pokemon happiness.
Pastoria Town - Free berry in the west-most house.
Great Marsh - Check the wild pokemon in the Safari Zone.
Snowpoint City - Old man in the north-east house for a vocabulary word.
Sunyshore City - Ribbon Lady
Sunyshore Market - Check the seals guy.
Route 221 (approach from the Pal Park) - Get the battle item from a guy in a house. (Belts)

EMERALD:
Route 111 (approach from Lavaridge Town, cut through the desert up to Route 111 near the Old Lady's Rest Stop) - Razz Berry
Route 123 (approach from Mauville City, head east to the Berry Master's house) - 2 random berries daily.
Route 123 (same as above) - Berry master's wife will give you a berry based on the phrases you give her.  The special ones below work ONLY ONCE:
GREAT BATTLE - Spelon
CHALLENGE CONTEST - Pamtre (Available after Elite Four)
OVERWHELMING LATIAS - Watmel (Available after seeing Latias)
COOL LATIOS - Durin (Available after seeing Latios)
SUPER HUSTLE - Belue (Available after Elite Four)
Everything else results in a random berry.
Shoal Cave (North of Mossdeep City) - Collect 4 Shoal Salts and four Shoal Sands for a Shell Bell
Pacifidlog Town - Check for Mirage Island
Route 114 (Near Lanette's House) - Guy just outside of it.  Random Berry.
Route 120 (Head east out of Fortree, then south past the tall grass to a girl standing next to a soil patch) - Berry dependent on the last number of your Trainer ID:

Lilycove Department Store - Lotto ticket on the first floor.
